Booking Policy
- Reservations can be made online, via phone, or in person.
- A valid government-issued ID (such as Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License) is mandatory for check-in for all guests.

- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time: 12:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be charged additionally and is subject to availability.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the booking amount.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Payment Terms
- We accept cash, UPI, major debit/credit cards, and net banking.
- Full payment must be made at check-in unless otherwise agreed.
- Advance payments are non-transferable.
Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly.
- Any damage to hotel property caused by a guest will be charged to that guest’s account.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict any guest for inappropriate behavior, illegal activities, or breach of terms.
Smoking and Alcohol Policy
- Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Smoking in rooms will result in a cleaning fee.
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted in private rooms only. Misconduct under the influence of alcohol will not be tolerated.
